TrackO is a remote health management application that will create your personal health journey, as defined by your caretaker team. TrackO requires minimal steps to complete tasks and is beautifully designed for users for every age group.

Not just yours, TrackO allows you to track the vitals of your Loved Ones too! Simply add your family members to your profile after signing up!
It allows you to monitor your health using a variety of health devices such as blood pressure monitors, Oximeters, glucometers, etc. Your vitals are stored digitally in a secure encrypted cloud and are accessible to you, anytime and anywhere! What if you can’t access your Bluetooth devices- worry not, TrackO allows you to update your vital stats manually too!
These vitals will be shared with our Care Center, who can provide prompt consultation, saving your frequent visits to clinics. TrackO also provides you notifications and reminders based on your vitals.
